'Witnesses continued to b6 heard on Tuesday and up to Wednes-lt;j4y noon.Dr. Jerome Paulson of Mason City testified that Nath was in the hospital three times for a total of 63 days; 28, 14 and 21 day stretches. He submitted to 'surgery each time.Nath used crutches or a cane for the greater part of two years.
