On a motion | of the state a second charge, that of reckless driving, was dismissedbecause of insufficient evidence.Lowe's auto was involved in a crash recently near the Dresser jSchool. He was placed under arrest on the above charges by stateofficers, although deputy sheriffs who also investigated the crash released Lowe.Attorney Wallace Fuller calledthe deputy sheriffs, Ed Reely and James McKinney, to the witness stand and both officers testified that, in their opinion, Lowe was) not intoxicated.
