ANOTHER ARREST FOR THE SHOOTING OF NEGRO—Mr. Jack Bradley has been arrested near Mayo Fla., and brought to Thomasvffle, charged with complicity in the killing of Lacey Mitchell, said to have been a witness in a rape case, near Five Forks in Thomas county.There are three white men in jail, in connection with the shooting of Mitchell and it is stated at the sheriffs office that Bradley was h charged with being the man, who did the actual shobtfhg. The evidence was sufficient for the sheriff to make an effort to apprehend Bradley and the arrest in Mayo followed.The shooting occured when four white men are said to have gone to the negros house, all masked with white handkerchiefs. Two were said to have gone inside and two remained outside. The negro is claimed to have refused to come out on command and to have struck at one of the men with a gun. The shooting then oceured. The case wiU unbopJ$$dIy be probed by the grand jury.
