Mineg-ar of Osceola were badly damaged when they collided at Harrison and Second streets at Elkhart Saturday afternoon. Allen claimed Minegar ran into him, and Minegar says Allen 4'tried to crowd” him off thepavement.Allen’s cars was headed northward in Second and Minegar was making his turn off of Harrison street headed north. Allen therefore had the right of way.The running board of Allen’s car was demolished and the body scratched on one side. One wheel of Minegar’s car was broken off and the hood dented
