John Reynolds was arrested at 1:30 Wednesday afternoon by policeman W. B. Hawkins, on complaint of Curtis King, jewelers, who claimed that a diamond ring1 had disappeared soon after Reynolds was in the store during the morning.At the police station Reynolds was searched and the police claim to have found a diamond hidden in the bottom of a tin of tobacco. He was charged with theft over $50. He gave his home address as Douglas, Ariz.DOUGLAS MAN CHARGED WITH THEFT OF DIAMOND RING
