County Court.The October Term of county court convened on Monday of this *fi week. The criminal docket dis-closed twenty eight cases, nineteen of which were continued andfour of which were not disposed of. The cases finally disposed of are as follows: Jeff Shelburne; Aggravated assault; Plea of guilty to simple assault. Pined $5.00. The other cases growing out of this matter, in which complaints were made for the same offence against five members of the Denel family and Emil Roggewere among those cases continued.
