A. Bailey In piobate court Monday -morning. His bond was set at $1,000. ‘ Being up-able to furnish it, he was remanded to the custody of the sheriff.■ The arrest was made following aS that someone had entered the Thomas Prough residence at 448 -Main' Aye-nue south. When the police arrived' no oho -was in sight, blit a Search of a freight train pulling out of town resulted in the arrest of Hailey.
