It is charged that through their refusal to allow physicians to attend 10-year-old Ezra Embler they were responsible for the child’s death following a long siege of typhoid fever. Allegations made by officers are to the effect that they depended on - prayer to cure the child and kept physicians from the hoy’s bedside.
