A mas named John Detllng was arrested yesterday, and looked up In the Tenth District Station, charged with sodomy. The accused Is a stone-mason by trade, and resides In the Twenty-fifth Ward. He has been suspected of being guilty of the crime for which he was ar-rrested for some time, and yesterday, about lhalf-past II o’clock, was caught in the act by George Weber, on his premises In Cummlns-Yille. The disgusting wretch who has thus piaoed himself beneath the level of the brute creation will have a hearing before Judge Mar-: chant to-morrow morning.
