Velma (Leity of Orbisonia, who Is eharg-ed with obstructing an officer in line of .process of duty.• Council for the defense, before a jury had been, called, presented •a motion to the court to quash the indictment on ' legal technicalities. Judge Swirles L. Himes, who is presiding, heard brief arguments on.. the motion before court adjourfted for the noon recess and his opinion on the motion will be given when court convenes at 1:30 -this afternoon.The jury in the case of Commonwealth vs. Donald Cisney of Creanoastle, was -still deliberating on' a verdict when court adjourned for the noon recess. The jury in the case, the second _ to be tried at this session, retired at 11:40 this forenoon.The first case called for trial on Monday forenoon at 10:10 o’clock was Commonwealth vs. lt;?.W. Stephens of Smithfield Township, Huntingdon, charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.Francis McMullen of R- D. 3, Huntingdon, the first witness testified that he resides _ along' Fairgrounds Road in Smithfield Township. At the request of the district attorney the witness was re-called from the stand.State Trooper Fred L.
