She was not sure whether he was wearing an earring when he left.His mother said that Washington has never stayed away from home for such a long period of time, adding that he usually calls her regularly to inform her of hiswhereabouts.Williams and Spratlin urged anyone who has seen Washington or knows of his whereabouts to call the police department at 378-1525 or 378-1515.Washington is a black male of medium complexion with short hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 190 pounds.
