LeBus receives jail sentenceDALLAS (AP) — District Court Judge Don Metcalfe formally sentenced James F. LeBus to four yearsin prison Friday for burglary.LeBus is a former Wichita Falls stockbroker who was prominent in Dallas social circles.He pleaded guilty in connection with the burglary of $26,000 worth of gold and silver bars from a WichitaFalls firm in 1974.LeBus is also under indictment for three other burglaries in Wichita Falls. No trial date has been set on those cases.
