Weisse s attorney Edward Gritz, said he planned to appeal.Rafeedie explained that he was offering no possibility of parole because Weisse also was convicted on the other charges besides murder.Weisse was convicted of the murder of Robert H. Finkbine,48, of Marina Del Rey, who was killed last Oct. 12 aboard his $00,000 yacht the Hedonist.Finkbine’s body was never recovered but a witness at Weisse s trial said he saw the defendant shoot Finkbine in the back with a shotgun.
