The holdup and murder occurred at 8:43 p.m. at the Robert Hall clothing store outside Sagas less than 15 minufes before closing time. Two gunmen took part In the holdup and robbery, authorities said. The pair burst into the store brandishing a shot gun and two pistols . and shouted “holdup.'1 There were about 20 customers and 10 clerks in the store at the time of the robbery.The two holdup men, wearing blue handkerchiefs over their faces, herded the customers and clerks into a group and into a room.
