Ennis of the Latham station of Troop G, Stale Police, Saturday afternoon in fit. 143, Town of llalfmoon.The suspect, Norman Arthur Porter Jr., of 2 Garden St., Woburn, offered no resistance when Trooper Ennis stopped an auto he was driving north in Kt. 146 on a routine auto check.In Albany JailPorter was arrested as a fugitive from justice. After questioning at the Latham station he was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Harry D’Agostino, Town of Colonie, and committed to Albany County Jail to await the outcome of extradition proceedings, which will probably be completed today.A hitchhiker riding with Porter, George S.
