Joseph Golet« and Bozedar Bu-kovac, both of Adah, convicted of j assault and aggravated assault as the outgrowth of a beating admin- j istered May 28 to a farmer, Lester ! McCann, Smithfield R. D. 2. who j had attempted to help them with: their wrecked car, were sentenced j to pay costs and make restitution j of $569 to McCann at the rate of $50 monthly, beginning October 15. j The co-defendants, Alfred Santella and Thomas Smercheck, also of Adah, were acquitted at trial.
