Moreno will face a term of not more than ten jy years in San Quentin prison and are will come hcfore Judge O. The verdict of guilty grew out of the . slaying of Bertola Rameriz, eighty-six, at his home at Second and Howard streets, around four o’clock one Sunday morning a few weeks ago.
