Manuel a Fitubres, the only female convict in the Territorial Prison, was pardoned by the Governor and discharged last Friday j She was provided with plenty of I comfortable clothing and sent to Tucson, where the Sheriff of Pima county Kent tier on to Mexico. Supl. Mclnernay paid out a round sum of his own money for the woman, as the amount a} Jo wed by the Territory to a discharged convict was not enough for her needs-The Superintendent’s kind and estimable wife very thoughtfully prepared a large basket of eatables amply sufficient for a journey ef one week’s duration.
