TOOK BIS GIRL’S TICKER.*William Talnier Want#dt Connell HlufY*for irand Larceny.The police authorities received a letter from Council Blutfs yesterday requesting them to be on the lookout for oneWilliam Palmer, a sigu painter. Palmer is wanted at Council Blutfs on the chargeof grand larceny, preferred by Mr^ Lennox, a cook at the Pacific hotel. It appears that Palmer enjoyed the confidence of Mrs. Lennox to a high degree and wasa frequent caller at her apartments. Wednesday evening after he departed Mrs. Lennox discovered that her gold watch was missing. She believed Palmer took the watch and her belief was strengthened when she learned that Palmer had left Council Bluffs for this city, The letter states that Palmer obtained possession of the same watch once before and soaked it in a pawnshop where it was found by Mrs. Lennox who redeemed it.
