tuuni ui uiNuiuciiy tunuuti.• Robert Albert Fioreniino, alias Robert Chestnui, 46, of Goshen, N.Y., refused to waive his right of extradition to New York where he is wanted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department for burglary.Fioreniino, who was an inmate at Orange County Prison, escaped from the custody of New York authorities while in hospital care outside of the prison. He was subsequently arrested “ Sept.-lOby Pennsylvania Slate Police at K-Mart in Honcsdale.
