Entered Plea of Guilty.Charles Rigney, who was held on a charge of petit, larceny, appeared before the court this morniDg and entered a plea of guilty. Judge Wilson took the matter under adviBement until this afternoon and then fixed his sentence at from one to three years in the penitentiary, disfranchisement for fire years and a fine of $50. Sentence was suspended during good behavior, it being the first offense.
