G. Jackion, Jake Smith,Alex Williams, B. D. Patterson, John Shannon, A. J. Fogle.S. L. McCuIlocli, M. R. Luce.The court appointed M. 1C Luce as foreman of the grand jury.We will guarantee that thesegentlemen will find nut all of the crimes committed in this county. Judge Tele})mueHer gave the jury a very exhaustive and sensible charge, instructing them fully as to their duties. ™
