Miles Henderson, an Armstrong county boy, is in trouble out in Dakota territory, and Ms father, Mr. Brice Henderson, of Elderton, has gone to his assistance. About a month ago Miles shot and killed a man in Dakota, and a portrait appeared in the Police Gazette which was recognized by a number of liis companions of Kittan-ning. He was known in that country as “Boston,71 and was leader of a gang of cowboys. His father started out to do all in his power to save his son from the sentence which everybody knows Will follow such a crime. Miles left Armstrong county about three years sum.
