Dumbauld today signed orders directing two county women to mental institutions while'a third recommendation of a sanity commission was approved.In response to the report of the sanity commission appointed by the court to investigate the mental conditions of Arrabella Glass, Markieysburg mother,' and her mother, Mrs. Hazel Hfcll, Judge Dumbauld assigned the daughter to Somerset hospital and Mrs. Hail to Fairview to be treated “as an insane person.”The mother was charged with the murder of the illegitime child of her daughter, while the daughter was indicted for concealing the death of her child. ;
