Reporting at 11 o’clock Saturday morning to District Judge W. R. Ely that they were hopelessly in disagree ment as to their verdict, the jury in the case of ‘Mrs. Sue Flanagan, charged by indictment with the mur der of her husband, J. D. Flanagan, at Tuscola last July 16, was discharged, the case resulting in a mistrial. Sat urday morning's report was the sec ond that the jury had made, the first being Friday evening at about 6 o'clock. The jury stood seven for acquittal and five for conviction it is said. The case attracted considerable attention in the county, and large crowds at tended the trial.
