Swane, alleged forger, will be Investigated today by the Fulton grand jury. She was held in the tower yesterday in default ofv$3,000 bond, pending action by the grand jury.The girl, who said her home was in Chattanooga, frankly admitted that she was seeking-to aid “Jack” to escape, smilingly remarking:“I am a friend to everybody in trouble, buddy.-”Miss Griffin also revealed the fact she met Allen while she was held in jail recently, on a charge of vagrancy, on which charge she was acquitted in the city criminal court on September 16. She was confined on the third floor, she said, while Allen's cell was on the second floor.Her chief worry seemed to be over the failure of her plot.
