District Attorney Koch, after the evidence had been taken, moved to discharge Thomas Andrulewiez, against whom there was no evidence.I The evidence was about the same as j given before the Justice here, but the authorities of that county thought the men should be held. Joseph IV jewski and Frank Zdam were held, bail being fixed at $1500 each. The men will have to answer the charge of manslaughter at the November term of court in Schuylkill county.
