The alarm caused police cars to spend Monday afternoon and last night scouring the roads between here and Albert Lea for a cargo of whiskey, and resulted in Bern is being picked up on the road, ami Allen being found at Albert Lea. District court investigation of the alleged spiriting away of a witness is also likely.
