ORDER OF PUBLICATIONThe State of Alabama. Cullman County — In Circuit Court, In Equity—Ho. 3710.Thelma Whatley, Complainant vs. Henry Whatley, Respondent.In this cause it being made to appear to the Register by Affidavit of Verbon E. Owen, Agent and Solicitor of Complainant that theDefendant is a non-resident of Alabama, and that his postoffice address is unknown, and further that in the belief of said affiant, the Defendant is of the age of twenty-one years, it is therefore ordered by the Register that publication, be made in the Cullman Banner, anewspaper published in Cullman. Ala., once a week for four consecutive weeks, requiring him, the said Henry Whatley to Plead, answer or demur to the Bill of Complaint in this cause by the 29thday of December. 1943. or in thirtydays thereafter a decree Pro Con-fesso may be taken against him.Done at office an Cullman. Ala., this the 29th day of ^November, 3945.
