He was equipped with a .38 caliber revolver and a I bag of burglar tools.Police Officers Michael Phelan and Edmund Glass broke the I front door in the office and shot I at Nizzo, who ran out a rear door j I and toward his car. parked at j Washington and Leclaire. He wascaptured by officers Ahrens and Mueller in squad car 160, who had driven into the alley behind I the building.
