ity pole ami a tree.Leonard Lee Smith Jr., 23 months, died at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor Wednesday evening. He fell from his crib Nov. 13, suffering a fractured skull.Born Dec. 13, 1967 in Mor-enci, he is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mi s. Roy Ferguson m of Fayette, Ohio and his father, Leonard L. Smith of Hudson.Also surviving are grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Woodard of Fayette and Mr. and Mrs.Francis Shampoo of Osseo; step-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hoy Ferguson Jr. of Fayette; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Don Woodard and Mr. and Mrs. John Mattern, all of Fayette; Mrs. Katie Carey and Mrs. MinervaSmith, both of Hillsdale; Mrs. W. T. Phillips and Mr. and Mrs. Hoy B. Ferguson, all of Switzer,W.Va.He was baptized in the United Methodist Church of Fayette.Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Fagle Funeral Home in Fayette, Ohio with the Rev. Harold Stafford officiating.Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Jefferson Township, Hillsdale County.
