Basil Leclaire was fined $50. and costs, and Frank Beadle was fined $25. and costs.As the result of an accident, James Waters Adamson was fined $10. and costs for driving a vehiclenot adequately equipped with frost shields.For speeding, Patrick J. Tarpy was fined $15. and costs while H. Mongomery, Wm. Kesterge and Peter Weitkdwietz, were each fined $10. and costs.
