BEFORE THE BAR:J. P. Hears Bulk Court CasesA light docket was heard in Swan River Police Court during the past week with only one case being disposed of by Magistrate Manwaring. Willard Hinchliffe was fined $150.plus costs on a charge of impaired driving. His driving privileges were suspended for six month*.Two men appeared before the Justice of the Peace, H. Gibbings,charged with being intoxicated ina public place. Basil Leclaire was fined $50. and costs, and Frank Beadle was fined $25. and costs.As the result of an accident, James Waters Adamson was fined $10. and costs for driving a vehiclenot adequately equipped with frost shields.For speeding, Patrick J. Tarpy was fined $15. and costs while H. Mongomery, Wm. Kesterge and Peter Weitkdwietz, were each fined $10. and costs.
