Claude Baldwin and Detective* Wallace Hit* and V/Uson Fisher are Investigating the case.Turner and Mrs. Jackson were taken to the Charleston Oeneral hospital. Surgeons believe they will recover. Turner's wound I* more severe than the woman’s. He was shot through tbs Intestine* and kidney. Mrs. Jackson received * bullet through the hips and another through the hand.Police an Id that Jackson did not have much to say concerning the shooting. He was arrested by Detec-tlie# Bias and Fisher, questioned by the officer* and Lieutenant Baldwin an- than plaoed la Jail for further grilling by Chief of Police John Britton this morning.Were Fighting Police said that they were tola that Jibe woman waa shot accidentally while trying to separate her huabaha and brother from fighting.
