Wife Saves Husband.Richmond, Ind., Nov. 26—Charles Tewell was saved from the penitentiary today by his wife when he facedJudge Bond in circuit court on a charge of having shot the woman with intent to kill. “Mrs. Tewell^ame to me and begged me to let her husband out so he could support her and their son, stating that she wanted to go back to him and she felt sure he would treat her well,” said Prosecutor Freeman.
