$45,825 in Damage Suits Filed in District CourtDamages tataling $45,825 arc sought in two damage suits filed in Monroe County District Court Friday by Earl Davis and his wife of Lucas County.The two suits are brought a-gainst Harley S. Ford of Newton and arise out. of a traffic accident'Dec. 10, 1966 at the intersection of S. Main St. and Fifth Avc. E.Ford is charged with failure to have his vehicle under control and failure to yield and both Davis and his wife are asking personal injury damages plus reimbursement, for hospital and medical expenses and loss of income.Davis is seeking $15,675 in hissuit.His, wife, Dorcas, is seeking $30,150 in a separate suit.Their son Terry was also a passenger in their car at the lime of I he accident.
