Acquitted.Jesse and Milo Ruxnley of near Amo, were acquitted of a charge of grand larceny by a jury in circuit court Monday afternoon. The jury was out about five minutes. The boys were charged with stealing five horse hides from a reduction plant near Amo. It was alleged they sold the hides in Indianapolis for $58. Employes of the plant that purchased the hides identified the boys as the ones who sold them, but one of the witnesses was not positive in his identification. The theft was committed on Oct. 9. The trial began Saturday and lasted until Monday afternoon.
