Results Of Ballistics Tests In Ropesville Slaying DueLEVELLAND, Nov. 25 lt;Special —The answer to the killing of Juan Gonzales, a Mexican national slain early Sunday morning at the Foyd Durham farm eight miles northwest of Ropes, viile. probably will be learned when the results of a ballistics test being conducted at Austin are known.County Atty. Warren Tabor said that murder charges have been filed against two men. both of whom have admitted having weapons at the slaying scene during the night.Charged in the office of Justice of the Peace A. F. (Pop Odell were Luis Lopez and UrbanoRosales.Tabor said that it has been definitely determined which man*-had which weapon in the fray, but that extensive questioning at the scene of the shooting failed to reveal any definite information as to which had done the actual ! shooting.
