DiiCATtR, Nov. 24. — [Special.] — MissGeorgte Brown, known a* Mrs. HarringtonNo. 2, was at Springfield yesterday to testify in a forgery ease connected with the J. D. Foster estate. She was taken down by Deputy Sheriff Stabler and while there she related the circumstances of her experience with Harrington. She swore out a state warrant charging John A. Harrington, alius John A. Hurington. with bigamy and when tho Sangamon county grand jurymeets he will be indicted. The couple were married by Justice Connollv at Springfield and afterward lived togetherat Illiopolis. .
