Conclusion of the Spencer iVlal,Special to the Indianapolis JonrnaL IJLooMiNGToN, Ind., November 24.—Daniel O. Spencer, who has been on trial for the past t-hroo day a on a charge of assault with intent to commit murder, this morning was by the jury found guilty, and the punishment assessed was imprisonment in the Stale's prison for a term of two years.
