convicted in lexas»V TIMCS-TRIBUNC STAM WRITERLarry Harville, 37, Rl. 2, Rockholds is awaiting sentencing in Texas after pleading guilty Sept. 19 to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana.Harville is charged with murder conspiracy in the shooting death of Greg Hill, 27. of Mulberry. Harville was arrested Oct. 20 by Kentucky State Police and charged with conspiracy in the death of Hill in July. A joint investigation by the KSP and the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department charge Harville with hiring five other men to murder Hill.According to assistant U.S. attorney Pamela Mathy, San Antonio, Texas, Harville pleaded guiltv inSeptember to one of two counts stemming from an Aug. 7 attempt toRurchase 100 pounds of marijuana, le was taken to Texas Nov. 10 by U.S. MarshalsAlso charged in the incident were Ray Dennis Doolin and Rolando Salmas.
