Kenneth Ray Barnes of 1207 Tarboro St reported that he was told a man broke into his apartment Sunday and took one speaker and an electric and kerosene heater Barnes told police, however, that the goods belong to the intruder He would sign a warrant if the man did not pay to have the door to his apartment, damaged in the break-in. repaired in four days, Barnes said
