BRATISLAVA, Nov. 24 (U.R)— In solving the Jewish problem, Slovakia is closely following Nazi Germany's example.After more than two years of deliberation' and . experimentation Dr. Josef Tiso, prelate-presidept of the protectorate of Slovakia, has abandoned his former program of half-way measures and has Invoked a series of laws closely resembling the Nuremberg code and the numerous administrative measures which give even sharper teeth to this law throughout Greater Germany.Like its Nuremberg model, Tiso’s code divides the Jews into full-blooded and mixed-blood, according to the number of Jewish grandparents. Marriage is forbidden be-i tween half, three-quarter or fuil-blood Jews and non-Jews or quarter Jews.All official positions are closed to Jews, and likewise the general practice of medicine, pharmacy, law and veterinary surgery.On railway trains they can travel only in third-class coaches and can not use either sleepers or dining cars.
