CONGRESSMAN CRU MPACKER ACTS AT VALPARAISO TODAY.M. J. Stinchfield Agreed Upon by Men Upon Bond of Arthur Finney, Late Postmaster.Valparaiso, Nov. 22 (Special)—By agreement of the men upon the bond of Arthur Finney, deposed postmaster at Valparaiso, M. J. Stinchfield was named by Congressman Crumpacker as postmaster and assumed charge of the office today.Finney, who is under sentence of two years at Fort Leavenworth, spent today adjusting his business affairs, awaiting the letter from Judge Anderson of the federal court at Indian* apolis which will 'cause his departure for prison, Finney will be permitted to make the trip to the penitentiary without guard;
