Richmond, his wife, who lives inKansas City, Kas., is believed to be none other than Rev. Francis Hermans, who formerly lived, in Salt Lake city where, in 189o, be murdered two women, and fied to this city, afterwards going to Illinois, where he wa1- lost sight of. His wife met him at a revival meeting in Kansas City, Kan,, a year jago, and they were married, after*I which be went on a speaking tourJ through Missouri, Kansas and Ar*kaneas. A photograph of Hermans, when shown Mrs, Richmond this afternoon, was pronounced bv heras a very strong likeoes3 of her husband. The desciiptione of the two preachers tally exactly in every respect, except in the color of the moustache, Roth were fastidious in dress.
