Con Armed (ha Rente ace.Jetfebsok City, Nov. 21.—The sa-preme coart confirmed the sentence at death against Charles Banks of Sedolia, who killed a companion August 10, 1998, and sentenced him to hang Dec. 89. 1898. The court also overruled a motion for a rehearing of the case against Dick Robinson who murdered a German girl in Sedniia nod sentenced him to be executed Dec. 15. 1893.
