Indictments were returned in tbe circuit coart this morning against Frank Adams for assault and battery with in* tent to kill, 8amuel Daily for grand lars ceny and Charles Mattingly for petit larceny* The trio were arraigned and all pleaded not guilty. Adams offence consisted in assaulting and cruelly beet* log John W. Dudley on the day of the Blaine demonstration. Daily is accused of stealing $45 from a Harrison county farmer named Otto Walts, while Matting* ly is charged with stealing forty* fivepounds of Hillside navy tobacco from a Lafayette township farmer. Daily’s esse is set for trial on December 3,
