Jaunty Flynndenies counts;trial Jan. 11HOLLYWOOD. (UP). ErrolFlynn, appearing as jaunty as inhis heroic movie roles, pleadedinnocent Monday to triple chargesof statutory rape upon two teenage girls. Superior Judge* Edward R. Brand set Jan. 11 as date forhis trial.Standing between his two law-years, Flynn entered the plea in person. Aside from his two words, ^‘Not guilty/’ the sword-swinging hero of the screen had no part in the proceedings.Defense Attorneys Jerry Giesler and Robert E. Ford asked that the trial be set for the last week in December, but Jan. 11 was found to be the first open date available. Superior Judge A. A. Scott will try the case. There was no sign of worry on the handsome face of Flynn, who has been making movies at the same old stand ever since the Misses Betty Hansen, 17, formerLincoln, Neb., girl, and PeggySatterlee, 16, told of nights with Flynn in lurid detail.t11KtthEf'tIfm *E'
