Charge on Which Harri gan Was Bound Over.ARRESTED AT CANAL FULTON.Was Giver! a Hearing Before Justice Moulton — Case of Brodbeck Against Daily Dis-+ Imissed—News of Wilmot, North Lawrence and Other Places.* Canal Futlon, Nov. 23.—Thomas Harrigan was today bound over to court by Justice Moulton. Harrigan was arrested Friday night, charged with stealing $20 from Joseph Walzer, landlord of the Empire House. Harrigan had been working for his board at the hotel. Walzer claims he took the money from histrowser’s pockets.The case of Frank Brodbeck against against C. R. Daily, alleging damages as the result of a runaway . caused by carelessness on the part of a driver employed by Mr. Daily, was dismissed Friday afternoon. The case 1 was heard by Justice Moulton and a ;iurv.
