The trial of Dr. John S. Blackburn.charged with the murder of Mrs. Lovell,a iniuenced at C'hillieotlie, Ohio, Tuesday / fore Judge SafforJ.John S. Swing, a mulatto, who resides t 24 Ceder street, Cleveland, was foundlead in a back room Tuesday. IHb head wsi* horribly battered with a hammer aud oldering iron thrust down his throat, blood was scattered all over the wall andhfloor, the clothing torn, aud other indications of a desperate struggle. The trunks were all broken open and rifled,i the house in general disorder. Swinga inwa* a widower, living uloue, and keepinga mall tiu-shop in the front part of his dwelling.
