H. Ragin and he is still confined in the county jail.In the preliminary hearing given Pettis and Driver, It was be-Jieved that Driver had owned the pistol that the slayer used in his attack on the Mexicans. Testimony also appeared to accuse Driver of aiding Pettis in an attempted •'getaway.” But all of the evidence pointing towards these facts was insufficient, according to Ragin.Driver is now hound over until the February term of court as a witness in the case.
